Suburban lies meant to captivate and hypnotize,
suburban spies sent to observe, to criticize.
Who is the patriot, who the infidel?
Slipping away, Our feelings of security.
Slipping from Our grasp, is liberty.
Suburban lies meant to condition and segregate,
suburban spies sent for Your safety, before it‘s ‘too late’.
Why do they lie? Why do they steal?
Tis’ to cheat from You all, is the deal.
What can We do? How can this be?
Suburban lies meant to drain and pain from afar,
suburban spies sent to enforce justice, not just rust Us.
I hear all wailing, blowing and stirring like a Gail.
What did You expect when You relinquished Your freedoms?
Is this not the outcome that Your orchestrating intended?
