First shocking recollection of significance: The Vietnam War, in My living room, live in black and white. Good thing I guess, We didn’t have color then, so the red of the blood was not shown to those impressionable young eyes.

First political action taken of significance: Skipped school during the Watergate hearings whenever I could. Learned a great deal about Congress and how they operated, good and bad.

First College course: English 1A, Teacher helped Me learn to enjoy the accomplishments of writing…
Goals in later life: Life long learner, 60 + units for AA, looking to advance to University. Business Major, went back for several years for computer and law, now need to fill in holes for a transfer.
