AFFORDABLE HOUSING PUBLIC EDUCATION FORUM –
Wed June 24 at the San Andreas Public Library, Chesebrough Room, San Andreas.
The State of CA requires that every jurisdiction submit a Housing Element to demonstrate how it plans to provide housing for all sectors of its community. Most people don't understand how "below market rate housing" can be achieved in tough economic times. This forum will feature two presentations showing how other communities have addressed the issue of affordable housing. Please come and inform yourself. It's free and open to the public.
